This month's Donor Spotlight features an organization SDFRA knows well- they handle our IT needs!
Xonicwave provides IT solutions for business nationwide, and they have been taking care of SDFRA's Information Technology needs since April 2008. They provide a broad spectrum of IT services in a way that is more cost-efficient than staffing an IT position, especially for an organization of our size. Xonicwave makes sure that our server is up and running, email is working, and our computers are operating smoothly so we can bring our members the best service possible. Thankfully, things work fine most of the time, but when they don't, David and Kyle, our service representatives, provide fast, efficient service to resolve any problems that should arise.
Not only does Xonicwave provide your Relief Association with great serfice, they are also committed to supporting their community. In addition to providing for our IT needs, every month, Xonicwave donates $100.00 to the Benevolent Fund, which supports local firefighters and their families.
