Staff Members

			Mike Kirkeby, Executive Director Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director manages the overall operations of the San Diego Fireman's Relief Association. Mike provides leadership to further the mission and strategic direction of the organization. He is responsible for the oversight of all the programs, management of daily operations, external relations, legal and fiscal compliance, and building capacity for increased sustainability.

			Joan Arrigo, Member Services/ Claims Processing Specialist Responsible for processing member claims and maintaining accurate records on all members. Administrative support to Executive Director and Board of Directors as required.

			Jerry Burkey, Director of Marketing & Development (Part Time) Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Marketing and Development manages the marketing, public relations, and fundraising efforts of the San Diego Fireman's Relief Association. Jerry provides strategic planning and implementation of programs for member services, community outreach, communications, and fundraising.
